学校が結構多いので、ダブリン、ゴールウェイ、コークのお勧めスポットを紹介します
There are a lot of schools, so I will introduce a few from Dublin, Galway and Cork.

ダブリンだと、ダブリンインターナショナルファウンデーションカレッジがお勧めです

In Dublin, the Dublin Interantional Foundation College is a really good bet.

この学校に入ると、アイルランドやイギリスの大学に入れるレベルの英語を勉強出来る保証があります
If you attend this college, they guarantee you will reach a level of English proficiency that will enable you to attend University in Ireland or the U.K.

アイリッシュパーティー

「来年の３月千葉でセントパトリックスデーパレードをやろう」をやろうと言う計画をＩＮＪで考えていたんだけど、これから定期的に千葉で交流会をやることになりました。

It was INJ who approached me and suggested that we put on a St.Patrick's Day parade in Chiba next year, and to improve international relations in Chiba.

アイルランド大使館・千葉市国際交流協会・ＩＮＪ・ＩＳＣ（アイリッシュサポーターズ千葉）・ＵＰＰＥＲＦＬＯＡＴ・千葉市などの協力で色々面白い活動が出来そうです。

With the support of the Irish Embassy, Chiba International Cultural Exchange Centre, INJ, ISC, Upper FLoat, and the people of Chiba City, we can do some real good.

僕は実行委員代表になって頑張っていきたいと思います。
I would love to become the heart of this project and give it my everything!

これから定期的な集まりをＵＰＰＥＲＦＬＯＡＴの協力で発信していきます。
From now I want to have regular get-togethers with the support of Upper Float and to discuss our ideas for this plan.

７月１５日（日）１５時から１８時まで
The next event will be on the 15th July from 3 until 6p.m.

I Love Ireland

『来年の３月千葉でセントパトリックスパレードをやろう！！』
Lets put on a Saint Patrick's day parade in CHIBA next year.

と言う計画をINJで考えてきたんだけどこれから定期的に千葉で交流会をやる事にしました。

is what INJ have been thinking about and have decided that we should put our plan into action!

アイルランド大使館・千葉市国際交流協会・INJ(アイリッシュネットワークジャパン)・ISC（アイリッシュサポート千葉）・UPPER FLOAT・千葉市などの協力で色々面白い活動が出来そうです
With support from the Irish Embassy/Chiba International Cultural Exchange Centre/INJ/ISC/Upper Float, and the people of Chiba City, I am sure we can do it!

僕は実行委員会代表になって頑張っていきたいと思っています。

I want to become the spirit and strength behind our project and gove my best shot.

楽しい文章や面白い文章を英語にすると勉強になるんだよ
Translating interesting stories and anecdotes really is good for studying!

固い勉強も必要だけど面白い勉強の仕方もあるよね
hard-arsed study is important too, but I think there are interesting ways to study!

アイルランドでは羊が多いです！

There are so many sheep in Ireland!

ダブリン市から車で走るとすぐ羊を見え事ができます！
Even just driving a little way out of Dublin City you can see them!

昔アイルランド人にとって羊は凄く必要でした！

Sheep were really important to Irish people in old times!

食べ物として羊毛として人の財産として必要でした

As food, as a source of clothes, and as a symbol of wealth.

昔も今も羊毛で洋服を作ったり、毛布を作ったりしています

In the old days and still now, sheep are used for making wool clothes, and blankets...

食べ物ではシチューを作ったり、焼いたり、ローストしたりします

As for food, they made stews, fried it, roasted it..

羊肉は凄く美味しいのでアイルランド人はみんな食べます
Lamb is really delicious and most Irish people eat it!

アイルランドの文学でもブレハンローズ（ブレハンと言うゲール語は立法者って意味です）でもよく出ます
Sheep can even be found in Irish literature and in Brehon Laws (Brehon comes from Gealic which means lawmaker)

アイルランドのイメージを言うと羊！！
Sheep are one of the images of Ireland!!

でも最近世界中で色んな環境問題があります！？

But recently there are so many problems with our environment

アイルランド人の僕にとってグリーンは大切な色です
For me as an Irish green so really important!

アイルランドの色！！アイルランドのカソリックを象徴している色！！大自然の色！！

It's the Irish colour!! It represents the Catholic community in Ireland, and of course it represents Nature!

緑を見るととっても落ち着いた気分にもなります
When you look at green it really makes you feel relaxed!

リアンホン・シー

今日はアイルランドの伝説について話します！
Today I am going to talk about Irish folklore!

アイルランドでは色んな言い伝えがあります
There are so many legends in Ireland!

僕が好きな言い伝えはリアンホン・シーの話し！

But one I really like is the legend of Lianhan Shee!

アイルランドではリアンホン・シーという妖精がいます
In Ireland there is a fairy by the name of Lianhan Shee!

彼女は恐ろしい悪魔！！いつも人間の男性の愛情を支配しょうと探している
She holds dreadful powers and is constantly seeking mortal lovers.

人間が拒むと彼女は彼らの奴隷になるけど、承諾したら、彼女の奴隷になるという言い伝えがアイルランドにはあります

The Irish legend goes that if one refuses her, she will be their slave eternal, but if one consents her, she will have them as her slave!

すごく綺麗だし頭も良く人間が拒むことができないらしい！！
She is so beautiful and has a lure so strong that no mortal can refuse her!!

人間の女性よりも強く愛するすべての妖精がリアンホン・シーと一体になる！
She is more powerful than mortal woman and every fairy who loves becomes one with her!

リアンホン・シーを待ちこがれる人間の男性にとって、彼女は唯一の女だ

For those who long for her, she is the one and only

人間の感情をおもちゃにしない！！
She never plays with emotions however!!

彼女をかわいがるみんなが彼女のために生き非常に欲しがった人間は大抵つるし上げられる
Those who love her live for her, and are covetous of her, which ends in their ruin!

かわいがればかわいがるほど、彼女はますます彼らをうまく避ける

The more they long for her, the more she eludes them.

彼女と一緒にいたいなら人間が死んだ状態を通らないといけない！！！
To be with her one must pass through death!!!!

偉大な詩人や歌人がリアンホン・シーを愛して、信じられないような話ですがみんな若く亡くなりました・・・・
All the great poets and singers loved her, and believe it or not, they all died young!!

誰も彼女のことを言葉で表わすことができない！
Nobody can describe her!!

彼女に会う人間が彼女の欲望にほだされていて、運命が決まってしまうからじゃない？！？
Maybe it is because of their desire for her, that their fate in death has been decided

アイルランドに行ったら美しい女の子に気をつけないといけません！笑
If you are in Ireland, make sure you are careful when you meet a beautiful young girl! LOL

この間アイルランドに帰ったときに
When I recently went back home,

どうしてもキルケニーを飲みたかった！

I really wanted to have a pint of Kilkenny!

でもうちの近くにあるパブでキルケニーがないって言われたんです！
But at my local they didn't have it on tap!!!

凄いショックだった！
I was so shocked!!!!

そのバーテンダーがスミスウィックスを飲めば？味が近いと思うって言われました！！

The bar tender told me to have a smithwicks..that it was similar!

飲んでみたけど・・・・・・違うな！！！！
I tried one but it just wasn't the same!!!

アイルランドの有名なビール＆パブを紹介します。
So I am going to tell you about Irish beers and pubs today!

みなさんはもちろんギネス知っていますね？
You all know Guinness I'm sure!

１．ギネス　（Guinness)
２．ハープ (Harp)
３．ビーミッシュ (Beamish)

４．スミシウィックス (Smithwicks)
５．マーフィーズ (Murphy's)

ギネスはダブリンの有名なギネス情報で作られている。ギネスの豊富な焼いた香りが跳び出てくる。味は乾燥焼きしたオオムギです！最高なパイントだよ！

Guinness is brewed in the famous Guinness brewery in Dublin. Guinness's rich roasted aroma springs forth and tastes with a roastes barley character. It is the best pint!

ハープもギネスに作られている。愉快に苦味のあるスムーズなビールですよ。★僕のおすすめ★
My personal favourite, Harp is also brewed by Guinness. It is a smooth beer with a bitter kick to it!

ビーミッシュはアイルランドの南にあるコークで作られているスタウトビールです。見た目はチョコレート・ミルクで味は焼いた大麦モルトとちょっぴりチョコの味！ギネスと少し違う味するから、是非飲んでみてください。
Beamish is brewed in Co. Cork in the south. It looks like a pint of milk chocolate, and tastes with a rich roasted malt barley with a hint of chocolate. It is a little different from Guinness, so make sure you try it!

スミスウィックスもギネスに作られているビールです。見た目はちょいこいえび茶色です。最初に飲むと強いホップの風味のある味が出てきます。キルケニーよりもうちょっと頑丈な味がある。
Smithwicks is brewed by none oter than Guinness! With its reddish brown colour, Smithwicks has a strong hoppy taste and has a more robust taste than Kilkenny.

マーフィーズはアイルランドのコークに作られているスタウトビールです。他のスタウトより飲みやすいだし凄くスムーズな質感があります。
Murphy's is brewed in Cork too, and is easier to drink than other stouts, with its really smooth texture

みんな飲みたくなってきているでしょう？？

ダブリンだと二つのパブをを推薦します。
There are two pubs in Dublin I have got to tell you about!

１．Abbey Tavern （アビータバーン）
ダブリン市のホース（Howth）って言う町にあります。ホースは魅力があり古風な趣のある漁獲＆ヨット遊びの村です。ゆっくりして、アビータバーンのバラードを聴きながら、お酒を飲みましょう。

The Abbey Tavern is the perfect place to recover and refuel after exploring Howth Head, Ireland's Eye, and the attractive fishing and yachting village of Howth on the northern tip of Dublin Bay. The Abbey is known far and wide for its ballads as well as its brew.

２．Brazen Head （ブレーズンヘッド）
この300年前のパブの伝統的な雰囲気が凄くいいです！ダブリン市から歩いて10分、タクシーで5分！ダブリンにいるなら、このパブは必見だね。

Nearly qualifying as one of Ireland's ancient sites, the Brazen Head, is more than 300 years old, but its stout is as fresh as it comes. Only a 10 minute walk from central Dublin, or 5 minutes by taxi!! A must see
